Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive the return address and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include original tags and packaging.

  • Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:

    • Beauty products

    • Bodysuits

    • Face masks

    • Intimates/Lingerie

    • Jewelry

    • Swimwear

Return Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Returns not meeting the above conditions may be declined.

Refund Process

  • Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you’ll receive the return address and RA number. Please include the RA number clearly on your package.

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, and up to an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
